Charleston Classic Homes, LLC. is a locally owned business that was established in 1998, our company specializes in three major areas:

1. Building Custom homes for individuals and building new homes to sell
2. Licensed Real Estate Services to assist in the buying and selling of homes
3. Investment opportunities in our Building Program.

Over the years our company has earned the reputation of building fine homes, our goal is to bring that same level of quality, craftsmanship and customer service to the Oak Terrace Preserve neighborhood. Not only have we earned a reputation as a fine home builder, but we have been very responsible when it comes to our Environment and Green Building techniques.

We were the First local certified Earthcraft House builder to build a home to these new standards, we were the First local home builder to begin recycling our jobsite waste and the First local home builder to purchase and build a home with the anti mold and mildew "BluWood" from Buck Lumber.

In 2006, Community Pride, Inc. recognized our Environmental efforts, "For outstanding management practices and preservation of natural resources in the Lowcountry."
