EarthCraft Certification

EarthCraft certification is one of the industry's most stringent standards of ensuring that your home is built to the highest levels of energy efficiency, indoor air quality, toxin-free products, and the efficient use of renewable materials. Every home must pass inspection at least twice during the building process - once, before sheetrock is installed, and again before closing. Compliance relies on these overall categories:
  • Site planning & home design
  • The efficiency of the home's "envelope" and energy systems
  • Lighting and appliances
  • Building materials
  • Water usage & waste management
  • Indoor air quality
  • The builder's operations & recycling methods
  • Homebuyer education
The process is so exhaustive that only an elite group of homebuilders were selected for our community. So you can consider an EarthCraft-certified home your guarantee of quality.

moving green, and save some too!

  • Pack with used boxes and supplies whenever you can. You can find them at grocery, liquor or other stores.
  • Use your old blankets to wrap your furniture.
  • Use your towels and clothes to wrap up your breakables. It's less trash, and more saved money.
  • Pack yourself. Moving companies generate a lot of waste.
  • Rent the right-sized moving truck. If not, you'll burn extra gas and maybe a hole in your pocket.

resident testimonials

I could just tell, as soon as they started construction, that my house was going to be done right. And it was. They even finished early. I couldn't be happier.
