The Oak Terrace Master Plan

The OTP master plan efficiently uses the 55 acre site to accommodate approximately 370 residences. Hundreds of trees are preserved and many areas are designated as green space.

Every home can be accessed by cars and service vehicles by a rear alley, allowing for a pedestrian and biker friendly front street.

All front streets are lined with sidewalks on both sides and a bio-swale on one side to naturally handle rain-water runoff. Many homes will have rain gardens in the back yard for the same purpose.

All homes are required to pass a third-party inspection from Earthcraft to ensure they’re durable, healthy, efficient, and comfortable.
